Job Description:
  1. 4+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, support & development
  2. Experience in implementing CRM solutions with knowledge of Salesforce platform/sales cloud/service cloud implementation
  3. Good understanding of the lifecycle of development including salesforce deployments
  4. Experience in incident management and worked with service now/remedy force ticketing tools
  5. Production support of salesforce
  6. Resolve salesforce issues tickets and actively participate in outage bridge meetings
