Job Description:

  1. Customer centric and solution oriented Telecom OSS architect.
  2. Use of architecture and modelling tools - such as EA, MS Visio, BPMN2.0 workflows etc.
  3. Strong knowledge of e2e journeys and processes in service and network assurance domain.
  4. Domain certifications - eTOM, TMForum, TOGAF, ITIL - would be an added advantage.
