  1. Record Incidents in Remedy including relevant information for troubleshooting
  2. Classify Incidents and manage escalations as per the SLA.
  3. Support testing for new software release, simple or emergency patches sign-off before promoting to production.
  4. 4 to 5 years of Experience in Business Analyst Role or Similar Role
